YEAR 1 CURRICULUM
Are you feeling worried bout something?
With everything that has happened in the last two years, it is perfectly normal to be worried.
If there are things that are making you feel sad, angry or upset then there are people you can talk to and some wonderful resources to help you.
We have compiled some links and techniques to help you cope with any emotions you are struggling with at home but please talk to us in school or complete the worry box if you feel more comfortable.

Phonics
We believe that phonics should be taught in an engaging and systematic way, using a multi-sensory approach to our youngest children. The Read, Write Inc. (RWI) programme enables us to do this. Further information can be found on our Phonics page.
