PHONICS AND READING

Read Write Inc (RWI) is a literacy programme used at the earlier stages of reading and writing. It supports children to become fluent readers, confident speakers and willing writers. Children receive structured phonics daily and are grouped by ability so that they learn rapidly at the right level. For more information please visit;

Bug Club

Bug Club provides additional support for those children at the earlier stages of reading. It reinforces children’s individual learning of phonics at an appropriate level with print and eBooks that can be accessed at home with your child’s school log in.
